- Credits purchased in ShortStudio are used for AI video creation
- Because AI video generation is a digital service, credits spent after purchase are non-refundable
- If technical issues cause your credits to not appear or be deducted incorrectly, contact our support right away
- Refunds for failed or cancelled generations are processed automatically
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or suspected fraud
13. Children's Privacy
ShortStudio is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
