1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShortStudio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShortStudio is a mobile application that enables users to generate videos using artificial intelligence technology. The service includes:

• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-video generation
• Access to various video format templates
• Video storage and management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

ShortStudio offers a weekly subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

5. Credits System

Subscribers receive credits each subscription period. Credits are used to generate videos:

• Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Purchased top-up credits never expire
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Refunds for failed or cancelled generations are processed automatically

6. User Content and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create using ShortStudio. However, by using our AI generation services, you grant ShortStudio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your content through our AI models
• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Improve our services and AI capabilities using anonymized data
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting

You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. AI Generation Limitations

Our AI video generation services are provided "as is" and may have limitations including:

• Generation quality may vary based on input and system capacity
• Processing times may fluctuate due to demand
• Certain content types may not be supported
• Usage limits may apply based on subscription tier

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Create harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing

9. Intellectual Property

The ShortStudio app, including its design, features, and AI technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORTSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
